Right of Withdrawal & Guarantee
You have the right to withdraw from our agreement within 14 days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day, the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, takes actual possession of the product. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, we request that you inform us by means of a statement (for example, in writing, by post or e-mail) that you will withdraw from our agreement. You can use our model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your correspondence regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, before the withdrawal period has expired. It is, however, important that the products are unopened and have a hygiene seal which is not broken. If this is not the case, the right of return expires. In case of withdrawal
In the case that you withdraw from our purchasing agreement, you will receive back all paid costs including shipping fees, up until the moment of withdrawal and within 14 days. With exception to incurred costs with regards to shipping methods of your choice other than the cheapest standard shipping methods offered by Hismith on our website. When only a part of the full order is returned, the delivery costs will not be refunded. Hismith will refund you with the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back. These goods must be unopened and have an intact hygiene seal. If this is not the case, the right to return will expire for hygienic reasons.
You are required to send or hand over the goods to us immediately, in any case no later than 14 days following the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from our agreement. Your goods are returned on time if the goods arrive before the period of 14 days has expired.
Any costs incurred in relation to returning goods are to be paid by the purchaser. We do however, offer the opportunity to buy a return label for a discounted price of 5,95 incl. VAT. The label can be requested through our customer service [email protected].
