Warranty possibilities at Hismith Europe

All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. We provide a 1-year warranty on the product, from the date of purchase.
Within this warranty period, we will repair and/or replace all defects on the product, caused by faults in materials and/or workmanship. This warranty extends to all countries where the device is delivered. The warranty does not cover: damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear or defects that have a negligible effect on the use, operation or value of the device. The warranty on this product is void if a person other than Hismith performs repairs on the product.

Does the product show a defect upon receipt? Or does it suddenly stop working properly. Please do not return the product without contacting us first. We can provide you with a shipping label at a reduced rate. You can reach us via e-mail [email protected] or via the Live Chat function within the webshop(s). You will then receive a return number (RMA #) from us along with the correct address for returning the items. Should you make a successful warranty claim, all costs (including shipping costs) will be for our account.
